Training plans, in an app, written by a human coach
Every Lazy Girl Running plan in one place, with your paces worked out for you.

Choose your plan, set your paces, and send your runs to your Garmin, Coros or Suunto watch. Every plan is written by a human coach, with no guesswork.
I’m Laura, an England Athletics running coach. I’ve been writing training plans since 2013, including every month for Women’s Running for eight years, and individual plans for more than 250 runners. Thousands of women have used my training plans and now they’re all in one place, on your phone.

Is this coaching?
No. These are self-guided training plans, delivered through the Training Tilt app with all your paces worked out. You follow the plan at your own pace, and there’s no personal feedback or plan changes from me.
How it works
Plans are delivered through Training Tilt, a training app. Set your threshold pace from a recent 5k time (the app walks you through it), and your plan gives you the right pace for every run. There’s no AI involved, just plans written by a human coach, with the app doing the maths.
Send your planned runs straight to your Garmin, Coros or Suunto watch. Using an Apple Watch? You can see your plan in the app and sync your completed runs through Strava.
Your plan won’t rewrite itself if you miss a run. You stay in control, and you can move sessions around to fit your week.
