I’m back coaching (and this time I’m staying)

I’ve been coaching runners for more than 13 years, but it’s looked pretty different at various points along the way. It started on Hampstead Heath in 2013 with women-only beginner running groups, which gradually grew from one session a week to three, all fitted around a full-time job and my own marathon and Ironman training. When I eventually left that job, I took on online clients and added early morning one-to-one park sessions to the mix too.
Life has a way of reshaping things though. My son arrived in 2017, we eventually moved out of London, and coaching shifted and contracted with each change. A couple of years ago, after watching 20 women finish their marathons as part of my Marathon Squad group training project, I decided to take a proper break.
But I do miss it, so I’ve spent some time thinking about how to bring it back in a way that’s actually sustainable, and hopefully I’ve figured it out.
Online running coaching is back, and I’m taking on a small number of clients.
Whether you’re training for your first marathon, chasing a PB, or just trying to figure out what a sensible running week looks like, I’ll build a plan around your life rather than the other way around.
If this sounds like what you’ve been looking for, you can sign up directly through the link below. Spots are limited while I get things rolling, so if you’ve been on the fence, now’s a good time.
Not ready for coaching? Here’s how else you can work with me:
Subscribe to the Lazy Girl Running Substack. This is where more than 13 years of coaching experience lives, in the form of training advice, honest running chat, and the kind of content that doesn’t quite fit in an Instagram caption. If you want to get more out of your running without taking yourself too seriously, it’s a really good place to start.
Grab a one-off training guide. Not everyone needs monthly coaching and that’s completely fine. My training guides give you a structured plan you can follow in your own time, without any ongoing commitment.
