As Janathon approaches, I’ve been trying to channel my inner Ron Hill. A few posts back I wrote about Mr Hill and how he has run every day for nearly half a century. He’s definately someone who I’ll be thinking about as I tackle my 34 days of running every day.

This was broadcast this week and Ron talks about his own running and the recent boom in running. He’s about half way through the programme, around 30 mins. Or read this article in the Telegraph. Either way you’ll find him inspiring, whatever your age or speed.
